Irish Bacon Ketchup


A beautiful smooth and sweet sauce made by chef Declan O’Donoghue using only the finest dry cured ulster pork.

Ingredients: Water, Tomato, puree, spirit vinegar, sugar, dry cured Irish bacon (4%) (pork, salt, sugar, preservatives (E250 E251 E252), antioxidant (E301), natural beech and oak smoke) spices, salt, natural flavouring, thickeners (modified starch, xanthan gum).
